- If venue parking is full, please use Bray Village Hall Car Park, High Street, Bray, Maidenhead SL6 2AR.
- Street parking may be available on Bray High Street and Ferry Road.
- Please follow all parking restrictions and local signage.
- Car-pooling is strongly encouraged.
Arrival Times (Strictly 30 mins before departure)
- Trip 1: Arrive by 3:45 PM
- Trip 2: Arrive by 5:15 PM
- Trip 3: Arrive by 6:45 PM
Travel, Health & Safety Instructions
On The Boat
- Please maintain silence and decorum.
- Hindu traditional attire is strongly encouraged.
- Follow instructions from SVBTCC volunteers and boat crew.
- Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
Children
- Children must remain with parents or guardians at all times.
- Parents are fully responsible for supervision and safety.
- Children must not run or lean over railings.
Health & Safety
- Devotees with motion sickness or health concerns should assess suitability before travel.
- Light prasadam served after each trip for takeaway only. Consumption of food on premises is prohibited
- Food may contain common allergens including dairy and nuts.
- Life jackets and safety measures are available onboard.
Waterfront Safety Code
- Follow volunteer instructions at all times.
- Read and obey local hazard signs.
- Stay together and do not approach the water alone.
- If you fall into water, float calmly and control your breathing.
- In emergencies call 999 or 112.
- Do not jump into water to rescue another person.
- Keep the waterfront clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
Facilities
- Toilets are available onboard the boat.
- No toilet facilities are available at the boarding area.
- Please use nearby public facilities if required.
